An upper-body workout + Urban Frisbee Golf + evening hike on Friday exhausted me, but then I was also determined to fit in another hike on Saturday morning before the weather turned lame again.
Enter Bells Canyon--
a hike I last did in 2008 (I hadn't realized that it's been that long! I still have a scar on my leg from that hike). And it looks essentially the same. Imagine that! Except that there is a whole lot more snow on the upper peaks of the mountains and I didn't take a picture of them, so you can just believe me--or look out your window.

| The cascade featuring a whole LOT of water. |
 |
| Sister Extraordinaire who was a good sport about our super fast hiking pace. |
 |
| Steve would have you think that something scandalous was going on here--there was not. |
 |
| I think a view is one of the best rewards of a hike. |
 |
| And Shelby clearly thought her phone provided a better view. |
The trail was inundated by Boy Scouts--all smelling like campfire and many wearing flip flops.
And while they proved most amusing, I wish we had been able to determine the owner of who had parked his PT Cruiser at the trail head.
It truly was a sight to behold. And one that I fortunately do not understand.
